As you have heard, the University of Nevada has cut its NCAA skiing program starting next season. Please join us Saturday, November 21^st at Ceol Irish Pub from 3-7 p.m. to help save one of the most historic and successful athletic programs at the University. We will have a silent auction, in conjunction with the food and libations.

2010 Nevada Ski Team

Inaugural Scotch and Ski Kick Off Party at Ceol Irish Pub

Ski season is upon us and the University of Nevada Ski Team is hosting its inaugural Scotch and Ski Kick Off Party at Ceol Irish Pub. On November 21^st from 3-7 gourmet catering from Butcher Boy will be matched with premium scotch, whiskey, wine, and beer. Meet the coaches, our local and foreign athletes and be welcomed into our Nevada skiing family. A festive atmosphere, silent auction, and excellent food and drink—with all proceeds benefiting the team—make this an event not to miss. Twenty-five dollar donation for the food, a gift from the team, and get drink specials, fifty dollars more for scotch and whiskey tasting . Get into the winter spirit and support Nevada’s Ski Team’s fundraising effort to keep an historic tradition of excellence alive! Spaghetti Feed #2 (photos)

Thank you to everyone who came to the Little Waldorf for the Spaghetti feed last night. We had two past coaches, Mark Magney and Chauncey Parker, as well as Alumni from the 1960's-Last Year. This was a great event. A special thanks to the Wal, and Christine Adams.

Homecoming football game program sales

Thank you to everyone who came and bought a football game program from us. We will be selling them again next weekend. $1 of each program sold goes to the ski team.

Spaghetti Feed #2

We will host our second Spaghetti Feed Monday 10/26/09 from 5-8pm at the Little Waldorf. We had a great turn out at the last event, so great, that they ran out of Spaghetti in the end! This time, we have been promised that they will not run out of food. Please come and enjoy dinner with the 2010 University of Nevada ski team. Entry is $10 per person at the door. All proceeds go to Keep Nevada Skiing.
